A portrait dedicated to San (11), who I met at the train station in Ninh Binh, Vietnam. San is a seriously dedicated young lady who strives to master the language of life through ‘English’. Every Sunday, we catch up over zoom and our adventures often lead to sharing stories about each other’s day and this often involves the food we have eaten.

San is striving to become a teacher by studying in Australia and boy oh boy, has she taught me a thing or two...
